Our coaching staff is passionate about the people we love, the God we serve, and helping others achieve their goals! We are committed to encouraging and providing positive experiences for athletic, academic and spiritual growth.

First-rate service and focus is the cornerstone of our success. All clients receive conscientious, one-on-one, timely service in all capacities, be they transactions, conflicts or complaints.

Welcome to Legendary Elite Track & Field

Our staff will provide guidance with regard to training theory and technique, motivation generated by creating a vision of each athlete’s potential and positively reinforcing that vision, and nurturing the enjoyment and love of the event(s) in which the athlete is involved. It is our desire to help develop the love of training/wellness and healthy competition in our athletes by emphasizing the importance of spiritual growth and improvement, as we are always striving for excellence by setting goals and developing a strong work ethic.

Our Training Elements

Improve heart and lung capacity

It aids in your body's ability to deliver oxygen-rich blood to working muscles during practices and performances. This is a critical component that will translate directly to the starting line no matter the event.

Give strength and mobility to all muscle groups

The purpose of strength training is to build a level of resilience in our athletes. Adaptations to this type of training improves rate of force development and benefits speed, power and efficiency. Mobility lends to the distribution of that strength and is paramount in all sports, especially the sport of track and field.

Develop speed and power for all within the demands of their event

Sprinting is a highly complex motor skill.. Motor Skill That Must Be Rehearsed Often.

Improve mechanics and increase absolute strength and power output for better athletic performance.

A well-structured program including mobility, activation, plyometric & strength components converted to absolute power should assist in addressing movement compensations and technical flaws seen in sprinting, therefore aiding in performance and can also mitigate common injuries
